Training Intensity Ration Chart - Your Compass For Controlling Exercise Load.

When creating a training plan, the intensity or intensity of the training is often mentioned. Basically, it is the intended dosage of the amount of energy you plan to use during your workout. And that's what the new Training Intensity Ratio Chart is here for.

Your workout is assigned to one of three basic intensity categories. Depending on the speed, pace, type of movement, and biometric data of the horse, the training is analyzed and placed into a specific intensity category => Light / Moderate / Heavy

For each horse, this gives you an overview of the intensity of the training sessions you have recently done with that horse. Not only can you check whether you are following the plan, but you can also verify that the current condition of your horse is the result of a specific workload.

With this tool, it is also possible to follow the training plan made with your trainer, to control the workload of your entrusted horses, or to prove to the vet that you are successfully following the training procedure in the case of rehabilitation.

NOTE: The graph shows the overview of the last 30days of training. You can see there total number of the sessions. Split between Light, Moderate and Heavy training sessions and total time spent in each of them. More time you spent in certain intensity, the longer is the “cut” in the chart. More sessions you spent in certain intensity, the wider is the “cut” in the chart
