If you are experiencing a problem or some inconsistencies in data, try to restart EQUIMO before contacting our support.

It is very simple. Just connect the tracker to your power cable and restart will begin automatically. During the restart, the green diode is flashing. Restart is finished when the
green diode stops flashing.

This "maintenance" is actually happening each time you charge EQUIMO. But don’t worry! All your settings and data are safe.
