EQUIMO Keeps Disconnecting From the Phone. What Should I Do?

For iPhone Users
If you are using an iPhone, the only case when EQUIMO disconnects from the phone is when the Bluetooth signal is interrupted. That happens when the phone is more than 12 meters away from the tracker.

For Android Users
Unfortunately, all Android phones are preset to kill applications running in the background to extend the battery life. You need to enable the EQUIMO app to run in the background in the settings of your phone. It is different for each phone. You can follow the guidance on these pages: www.dontkillmyapp.com.
